Return Periods

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. However, please note that we do not offer refunds.
  • We only provide replacements for eligible products.

Damaged Items

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Steps

  1. Provide Information: Write down all relevant information and reasons for returning the damaged item.
  2. Do Not Mark Packaging: Avoid marking the original packaging.
  3. Return Cost: Buyers are responsible for the return cost of the damaged item.
  4. Tracking: Use a tracked delivery service and retain the postage receipt.
  5. Inspection: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the damaged item.
  6. Replacement: After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched.

Returning an Unwanted Item

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted items.
  • Our policy is replacement only.

Returning Faulty / Damaged Item

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please provide photographs of damaged items during the returns process.

Payment Options

  • We accept payment through Cash on Delivery or Online Bank Account.
